Key points

  1. Royal Enfield sold 1,33,442 motorcycles in October, up 7% from 1,24,951 a year ago.
  2. Exports rose 47% to 11,915 units, far faster than overall sales.
  3. Sales across the festive period reached 2,67,400 units, which the company called its best-ever festive season.

Royal Enfield sold 1,33,442 motorcycles in October, 7% more than the 1,24,951 it sold in the same month last year, according to figures the Eicher Motors-owned company put out on Sunday evening.

The growth was steady at home, but the standout number came from abroad. Exports rose 47% to 11,915 units, close to one in every eleven motorcycles the company sold in the month.

Bigger bikes also did well. Sales of models above 350cc rose 18% to 16,626 units in October, a segment that includes the twin-cylinder 650s. A limited-edition Classic 650 marking the brand’s 125th anniversary sold out quickly, the company said, and the edition is now being rolled out across the Asia-Pacific region.

A record festive run

Management described the period around Dussehra and Diwali as the company’s “best-ever festive season”, with cumulative festive sales of 2,67,400 motorcycles. From April to October, Royal Enfield sold 8,42,538 motorcycles, up 18% on the same months of 2025.

The company is also widening the retail footprint of Flying Flea, its new electric motorcycle brand, with outlets in Hyderabad and Pune. Separately, it said more than ₹3 crore has been pledged towards snow leopard conservation.

The numbers round off a busy day of October sales figures, in which TVS Motor reported record volumes and most large carmakers posted their best months yet on the back of festive demand.
